Order Exchanges
We kindly ask that you thoroughly verify all order details before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges if the reason is an error in your selections such as size, design, quantity, etc.
However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new order with corrected specifications. Please contact our support team if you need any assistance ordering.
Order Cancellations
Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, the order may have entered processing, making cancellation impossible.
- A 10% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply.

Returns and Refunds
Eligibility: Within 30 days of delivery
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, the order is considered accepted and no refunds can be provided.
Returns and refunds are possible if:
- Item arrives damaged or broken
- Received product differs from order in design, size, material
- Wrong item is received
- Product significantly differs from description
Non-eligible items:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Defective items, unless the defect is our fault
- Items without original tags
- Items with minor thread issues that can be fixed
Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refund Claim Requirements
Please include shipping label/receipt, proof of purchase, evidence of defects, and any relevant communications like email screenshots.
Return and Refund Process

- Follow provided instructions
- Only return package after receiving confirmation email with address
- Share carrier tracking number for return items
- Customer bears return shipping costs
